Legal Department

The City Legal Department is staffed by contract attorneys representing the City with regard to all legal matters.

Robert E. List is the Assistant City Attorney. Bob has served in the Legal Department since 1989. His direct number is 859.655.6358.

 Daniel R. Braun is the City Attorney. Dan has served in the Legal Department since 1982 and has been the City Attorney since 2009. His direct number is 859.292.3653

Newport City Attorney, Daniel R. Braun, is not the same person as Campbell County PVA Daniel K. Braun. The PVA office is located at 1098 Monmouth.
